9. The bonus amount must be wagered 5 times in accumulator bets. Each accumulator must include 3 or more selections, at least 3 of which must be at odds of 1.40 or higher. The start dates of all events must be no later than the validity period of this offer.

11. The required amount is considered to have been wagered only once all the bets counting towards the wagering requirement have been settled.

18. The customer must provide ID documents, when necessary, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents if requested by Megapari will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited. The company reserves the right to request, at any time, that the customer provide photographic evidence of themselves holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) or undergo identity verification over the phone.
19. If Megapari believes itself to be the victim of fraud or money laundering, the company has the right to close the offending customer’s account and freeze their remaining balance.
20. Any bonus funds remaining after the bonus has been wagered, up to a maximum of the initial bonus amount, will be credited to your main balance. If your remaining bonus account balance is less than the minimum stake amount after the bonus has been wagered, the bonus will be deemed to have been lost.

*Appendix
1. Customers can withdraw any amount from 0 to the total value of deposits made before they fulfill the conditions of the offer if their remaining account balance is at least twice the bonus amount (withdrawal of the bonus amount and winnings is not permitted).
2. Withdrawals cannot be made if the remaining account balance is less than the bonus amount and if there are any unsettled bets.
3. The bonus must be used within 30 days of registration. After 30 days, the bonus and all winnings earned using the bonus will expire.
4. To receive this bonus, you must give your consent by ticking “Take part in bonus offers” in My Account.
5. Customers may reject the bonus before they fulfil the requirements of the offer in full if their remaining account balance is higher than the bonus amount. Customers may withdraw the remainder of all their deposits. In this case, all winnings and the bonus amount will be forfeited.
